2. Precision Adjustment Protocol

2.1 Material Characterization

  • Measure paper density ($ρ$=600-900kg/m³) and hardness (Shore D 40-60)
  • Select blade parameters$$T_{tooth} = \frac{t_{paper}}{2} + 0.1mm$$
    Where $t_{paper}$=paper thickness (0.05-3mm range)
