The band saw blade has a long service life, capable of cutting between 18,000 to 20,000 rolls before needing replacement, which reduces consumable costs. Furthermore, it is particularly effective for cutting thicker or harder paper cores and can handle rolls both with and without inner cardboard tubes. It is also noted for creating a clean, flat cutting plane, which is especially beneficial for taller tissue rolls.
