Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of paper product processing, specifically to a raw paper slitting machine.

Background

With economic and technological progress boosting living standards, people now use significantly more paper, generating larger quantities of recyclable waste paper. Currently, pulp papermaking processes using waste base paper first crush and disperse the material before moving to subsequent pulping stages.

However, rolled base paper with larger diameters resists effective dispersion during beating and papermaking, preventing full processing of entire rolls. To solve this problem, workers typically cut the base paper manually layer by layer with a cutter knife, disperse it, and then deposit it in a pulp tank. This manual method wastes manpower and resources while posing safety hazards and delivering poor efficiency.

In view of these challenges, the present invention is proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a base paper slitting machine that solves the inefficiency of existing manual cutting methods, thereby significantly improving base paper cutting efficiency.

As the core concept, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

A base paper slitting machine comprising:

  • A feeding mechanism;
  • A clamping mechanism, which includes a feeding plate, a cutting groove, and a discharging plate. The feeding plate and discharging plate are oppositely arranged on either side of the cutting groove and are rotatably connected to it. They clamp the base paper conveyed by the feeding mechanism and are positioned above the cutting groove.
  • A cutting mechanism, located above the cutting groove, designed to cut the base paper.
  • A discharging mechanism, positioned on one side of the discharging plate, used to convey the cut base paper.

Optional Features

  1. One end of the feeding plate, distal to the cutting groove, may abut the feeding mechanism, enabling the transfer of base paper from the feeding mechanism to the feeding plate.
  2. A stopping portion extends upward from the abutting end of the feeding plate to prevent base paper from falling off.
  3. One end of the discharging plate, distal to the cutting groove, may abut the discharging mechanism. When abutted, the rotatably connected end of the discharging plate is higher than the distal end.
  4. The machine may include a frame, with the cutting groove fixed to it and the cutting mechanism mounted on it. The cutting blade moves along a direction perpendicular to the cutting groove.
  5. The cutting mechanism may comprise:
    • A guide rail fixed to the frame;
    • A blade fixing frame with one end holding the cutting blade and the other end slidably connected to the guide rail.
  6. The cutting mechanism may also include a cutting cylinder fixed to the frame, with its output end connected to the blade fixing frame.
  7. The clamping mechanism may further include rotating cylinders installed on the feeding and discharging plates, enabling their rotation around the cutting groove.
  8. An ejection cylinder may be fixed to the feeding plate near the cutting groove, pushing the cut base paper away from the plate.
  9. The feeding mechanism may consist of:
    • Two parallel transmission shafts;
    • Annular chain plates driven by the shafts;
    • A speed-reducing motor connected to one transmission shaft.

Beneficial Effects

The base paper slitting machine of the invention achieves automated cutting through the coordinated action of the feeding, clamping, cutting, and discharging mechanisms. It ensures high cutting precision and resolves the inefficiency and safety hazards associated with manual base paper cutting.
