Founded in 2014, YYS Machinery is a manufacturer of paper roll saws, comprising a complete R&D and production team.

A paper roll saw is a machine that uses serrated blades to cut rolls of paper, changing their width. YYS Machinery produces two types of paper roll saws: circular saws and band saws.
Paper roll saws have two key applications:
1. Quickly cutting off damaged portions of paper rolls caused by water damage, fire, insect infestation, or damage during transportation.
2. Rapidly changing the width of paper rolls, at a speed 3-5 times faster than conventional slitting and rewinding machines. This allows them to match production line or customer needs.
Our machines can cut various types of packaging and printing paper, including kraft paper, coated paper, offset paper, thermal paper, and more.
The cut surface is quite smooth and can be used directly in production. Further trimming may be required for special printing applications; please contact us for details.
A circular saw produces 11mm of paper loss per cut, while a band saw produces 2mm.
A circular saw blade can cut more than 1000 times, while a band saw blade can cut more than 300 times. The lower the paper weight, the longer the blade life.
