Payment terms

For payment term, we accept part of full amount of payment as down-payment, and the remaining amount could be paid before delivery. And the machines order would be made within 30-40 working days after the down-payment is received, which is our leading time. 

After-sale services

As for after-sale service, we support a period warranty since the day when the goods land at the destination port. After the goods landing at destination, according to customer’s requirement, YYS factory will send engineer to customer’s factory assisting installation and commissioning.  The expenses thus occurs such as round air tickets and accommodation in customer’s country shall be borne by customer. Moreover, during warranty, in normal operation, if something is wrong with the machines or part is broken, our factory will send the spare parts to the customer for free within several days upon receipt of claim.  The promise of warranty is invalid if failure is caused by mis-operation due to human factor. After the period of warranty ending, Jianwang factory will provide lifelong service for the machines, and the expenses shall be at customer’s account.
